1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using LingCode (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

LingCode is provided for personal and commercial use on macOS. You may use, copy, and modify the Software for your own use. Redistribution of the Software or derivative works may be subject to the license under which the Software is released; see the project repository for details.

3. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The authors and contributors are not liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss, failed deployments, or misuse of API keys or credentials.

4. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for (a) securing your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, or other) and keeping them confidential; (b) complying with the terms of any third-party services you use (e.g. Vercel, Netlify, hosting providers); and (c) ensuring your use of the Software complies with applicable laws.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when terms change.
